Sequence File Browser

This panel lets us see the information from the text Sequence file. All oligos are described in a single file with strict formatting structure. This panel makes it easy to review the file, and also shows a listing of the Protocol steps.

It shows where the first base of each sequence will be on the 96-well plate. In this sample, the first few rows of the G primingsites are visible. The first base is primed by hand, with solid support specific to that base, according to the map generated by this routine. In the future researchers will use universal support, which can attach any base.

There is also a listing of the amounts of reagent that willbe required with this combination of protocol and sequence file, and the estimated costs of reagents.
