I love the Dimond, my neighbors, and my home I bought four years ago on Nicol. Also thoroughly enjoyed browsing through the Dimond web pages for the first time today.
I think the monthly newsletter is great and look forward to reading it--BUT, did you have to report that the average household income within a one mile radius was $56,114? I've worked at the same job in San Francisco for over nineteen years and make just a hair shy of that. How depressing!!!!!!! Guess I should get out of that burg across the bay and get a job in Oakland.
