Garage has numerous violations. Owner and his attorney met with CAO, Code Compliance, Council, and other city staff.

OPD to ticket illegally parked and stored cars. The Fire Dept. sent a letter on 3/2/00 demanding proof that the gas tanks were removed along with all hazardous materials. The District Attorneys Office will then handle the case as a public nuisance. Fines are accruing daily. The City will not do the façade improvements until the tank issue is resolved.

Bus Stop relocation on Mac./ Wells Fargo

Community requested PWA for bus stop relocation by Wells Fargo and bid for a sidewalk change.

Not yet a go, there is an ingress ñegress problem with the parking lot for Wells Fargo, however AC Transit agreed to split the bus stops and the city has the funding to do the sidewalk alterations.
