I just read Jewels' 6/15 posting, and want to add that, as of early/mid-October, a couple of Boston Ave residents phoned and e-mailed Niccolo (of Councilmember Spees office) to request property owners' names for the two residences at MacArthur next to Boston. Haven't gotten the names yet, but all of a sudden this past week, even with the big winds, the sidewalks and curbs have been CLEAN! Has someone else been on this case too?
And, for longer term work on litter, the NCPC, beat 22x, decided last month to work on a broader campaign to clean up Dimond. Next planning meeting is
