A few days ago, I was made aware by the City Planning Department about your concerns over my application for a Conditional Use Permit at 3640/3650 Dimond Avenue. As I have been a part of the Dimond District for seventeen years, I share your goals about the future of the neighborhood. I would like the opportunity to meet you and explain the objectives of the project, as well as answer the questions you may have.
