Volunteer of the Month for October 2003 Our neighbor Jim Hill is the Dimond Improvement Association's volunteer of the month. Jim has been an active member of the DIA for many years and has been dedicated to the goal of making Dimond a safe, friendly and attractive neighborhood. Around the end of October, Oakland Releaf will be planting trees in Dimond's business district, and Jim was instrumental in making this happen. Thanks Jim, for the trees and all the other improvements in our neighborhood that you have helped make possible, and thanks for just being a really nice neighbor.
