	PROJECT PLANNING AND COORDINATION
	•	Helped set up, organize and manage office in new recycling plant, including recreating and updating 	many company forms using Excel.  Researched and/or obtained: Coffee service, interior decorations, office furniture and supplies and yard maintenance.
	•	Reorganized, updated and maintained all purchasing at plant.  Put together employee files, took over 	responsibility for hiring forms and enrollment in health insurance as well as timecards for payroll. Kept daily logs of plant production and shipping. Dealt with Union correspondence and records.
	•	Acted in many shows.  Have written and directed own material several times.  Constructed, organized and maintained costumes as well as helped with quick costume changes and costume placement.
			
	CUSTOMER SERVICE
	•	Provided phone support and answered internet billing and some technical questions for busy ISP.
	• 	Answered secured-entry door and 5-line phone system for busy recycling plant office.  Maintained customer satisfaction and answered employee questions regarding payroll and benefits.
	•	Provided customer service and entertainment assisting with hand-made jewelry while in character at 	Northern Renaissance Faire.  Custom fit necklaces and took orders for restringing.
	•	Maintained customer satisfaction while waiting tables and running register in busy restaurants.  
	•	Monitored behavior in and taught classrooms full of children as a substitute teacher.
	•	Videotaped weddings and performed taped guest interviews at receptions.
