We will provide the planning and services that a small business needs to be successful; advice, cash management, bookkeeping as well as tax preparation services.

Collection and Litigation

This legal service is offered by our tax counsel, Dana Snider Esq., and is designed to assist individual and corporate taxpayers who have an issue to resolve with U.S. tax authorities. The process often requires us to closely examine your prior years' income, prepare or amend prior years' returns, and match your current financial condition to an Offer in Compromise or other negotiated settlement. The minimum initial retainer for this service is $1,000.
