We invite you to visit a wonderful 18th century farm house, located in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains.

The Timothy Allen House, circa 1782, is privately set on over three acres of lawns and woods bordered by a lovely stream and beautiful stone walls.

Seventy acres of Nature Conservancy land surround the property, making this a special place for seekers of nature, tranquility, and privacy.

A short walk down the road leads into Peru State Forest and Left Field Farm, where you can purchase fresh organic produce.

The first floor has a well equipped and updated kitchen, full bath, laundry room, spacious formal dining room, and large comfortable living room with cable TV and DVD/VCR player.

The second floor, accessible by two staircases, has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one has two twins. There is also an office with a queen sized futon. There is a full bath with a newly installed tile and glass shower.
The house is fully furnished, including towels and linens. It is located in the town of Middlefield, Massachusetts, approximately 2.5 hours from Boston, 3.5 hours from New York City, and 1.5 hours from Hartford. Please see driving distances for more information.
