Dear Diary . . . day by day

Saturday, August 12th - Long day
Taking 12 people to Jack London Square on the day of the dragon boat races, well . . . it's a lot like herding cats, I think. It was sunny. It was loud. It was a long day.
Exercise log:
On a whim, I took a salsa aerobics class at the Y, which was an hour of shaking my butt, learning a few new dance steps (it's obvious the class was structured to give you a workout rather than teach you much). Lifted weights afterwards: back.
