Dear Diary . . . day by day

Wednesday, February 21st, 2001 - Redesign

Sorry for the long delay in this entry. I've needed some time to rethink the way I do things around here. Yes, I am in the process of redesigning my journal - it seems like near the 3 year mark is a good time for redecorating.
I'm also tired of not meaning to, but too often, pissing people off with what I carelessly say in this journal. Oh, it doesn't happen every day, but let's face it, sometimes my mood gets away with me here, and I say more than I should, or say it without good thought or editing. And, guys, I don't want this to pile up in my archives anymore.
Anyway, the redesign is in the brainstorming process right now. I'm thinking of something more along the lines of notes and commentary of my surroundings - I already have a title: what do you think of "Bits of the Bay"? Sorta like my Feb. 13th entry (the last one before today's - I'll make sure to update the "previous" link if you wanna go see again). The journal will inevitably include personal tidbits from my life, and I'll probably keep the logs (because sometimes that's my only motivation for hauling my ass into the gym - only sometimes, but it seems to mean I don't give up entirely). But overall, the subject matter will be more removed, with commentary on people and things that don't know me personally.
Keep in mind that I'm a moody person with strong opinions on many things. I'm just refocusing my bitchiness in a more productive manner.

Exercise log:
Ran a mile in 10:16 last Friday on the Precor - I can be fast when I'm really pissed off. Total time on that was 15 minutes, followed by 15 min of abs class. Other than that, Tuesday I did some chest and triceps followed by an awesome Yoga class, which you'll hear more about next week, after the photo shoot :-)
