Exercise log:
Strong yoga class tonight. By Strong I mean: get yourself into an upside-down position that really hurts your arms and hold it for awhile. Awhile longer . . . longer . . . .
Writing log:
Ah, a realistic story about a flamenco skirt is torturing me by wanting to be told from an almost uninvolved narrator. Sigh.
I'm currently reading:
A Civil Campaign by Lois McMaster Bujold
Starlight 2 anthology edited by Patrick Nielsen Hayden
The Snake Machine Thingie (my working title) - 1st (rough) draft by Craig Foster-Parker
This is really very good for a first draft of a novel, although I want to make Craig read some of Butler's stuff so he has a sense of what's been done before (just a few things, overall, his work is very original).
