Saturday, September 18th, 1999 - Ian and Elle's Wedding Day
I have an urge to write something creative today, but I don't know what. I thought it might be nice to write a poem for Ian and Elle, but nothing is coming to me but fractions of Haiku:

To Ian and Elle:
You're getting married today,
But love will not change.

Some say it's the end;
Courtship fun is over now.
But you know better.

Secure what you know:
Check your props, hang the soft gels;
Tie the sailor's knot.

This small act is fun:
Ceremony and party,
Before you set sail.

I'd just like to say,
How happy I am for you;
How perfect a fit.
