Transportation:
Driving - our studio is easily accessible from either Interstate 80, or San Pablo Avenue in Berkeley. From I-80, exit at Gilman Street in Berkeley. Drive 4 blocks east, and look for 4th Street. From San Pablo Avenue, turn west on Gilman Street, and drive 7 blocks. Look for 4th Street.
AC Transit Bus - From Downtown Berkeley BART (Shattuck & Center), take the AC Transit No.9 bus north, toward Gilman Street. Get off at Gilman & 6th Streets, and walk west on Gilman to 4th Street. From University Avenue & the UC campus, take the No.52L bus west. Exit at Gilman & San Pablo and walk west down Gilman to 4th Street.
BART -
Downtown Berkeley BART - take the AC Transit No.9 bus north to Gilman Street (see above).
North Berkeley BART - walk 3 blocks south to University Avenue. Take the AC Transit bus No.52L west. Exit at Gilman & San Pablo and walk west down Gilman to 4th Street.
Bicycle - Take your bike on BART and get off at the North Berkeley BART station (on the Richmond line). Follow the “Ohlone Greenway” bike path north/west, until you reach Gilman Street. Turn west on Gilman (toward the bay) and ride down Gilman until you reach 4th Street.
