Dear Diary . . . day by day

Thursday, June 1st - Ding! Bun is Done!
Elle went into labor last night! How very exciting! I have yet to find out what she had (girl or boy), but I will call soon (don't want to wake them up if they had a late night, which is possible). I'll post more details later and as I get them, but I thought I'd let ya'll know . . .
It's a Boy!!!
The baby formerly only known by the mysterious moniker "bun" revealed himself at 1:26 this morning as Leo Thomas Epperson. Weighing in at 9 pounds, 2 ounces and stretching a full 21 inches in length, Leo's arrival was (according to his mother Elle) "a very intense experience".
Exercise log:
Took a brisk, longish walk while my laundry was in - around 25 minutes.

Foundation and Empire (The second book of the foundation series, although I guess chronologically it's book 4) by Issac Asimov
