Fidel at his grandmother's house at the stone grinding peanuts, herbs and tomatoes for dinner sauce. He's an amazing cook. I was rendered a rather inadequate 'female' with my lack of skillful cooking. Here in the US I am considered a pretty good cook, but I did not know where to begin with a Togolese menu. Fidel would walk through his grandmother's 'house' and just pick dinner from plants he walked by and create the most substantial and tasty meals.
