This
is Samsu holding dinner. Marking the chickens is a must
- they peck freely and will range into a neighbors'
houses and can easilly be mistaken for a neighbors own.
The
chicken in Togo is real. The bones are hard and healthy
from walking around, sratching and pecking....the meat
tastes good - like meat - not a pastry, like the chicken
that's "produced" here in the US.
