This is Samsu holding dinner. Marking the chickens is a must - they peck freely and will range into a neighbors' houses and can easilly be mistaken for a neighbors own.

The chicken in Togo is real. The bones are hard and healthy from walking around, sratching and pecking....the meat tastes good - like meat - not a pastry, like the chicken that's "produced" here in the US.
