The whole nine yards, touring Jethro Bo-dine style. Not shown is the 3000 cubic inch internal-frame backpack, and anything strapped thereupon.

Ingress and egress get a little dicey with the backpack in place (should have a photo of that!), but it is very nice to have a big soft low backrest.

I'm thinking of adding a little chimney or something. Attachment is via the three fastex buckles that are part of my Eclipse tank bag. With lots of rubber weather stripping for padding. Lots. (That duct tape comes from the design effort for my "tank rack" shown below.)

The pad on top and sloped rear are for super-slouching with the chin of my helmet resting on the pad. Kind of hard to get behind that little fairing, but it's not a bad place to be for long periods at or above 65-70 MPH. (Actually I've got a small black duct-tape-over-cardboard windshield extension fairing on right now, +3".)

Wood makes customization easy. And it makes a good table(s), particularly using the centerstand. Having an open bin as part of your biking experience is fantastic. It's quite easy to get a small cable lock (I just use a single length of stiff wire) down to the gas tank mounting bolt for some deterrence. Hard on paint, tho.

A small "rack" (tank rack?) perfectly sized to fit a grocery bag or 12-pack of toilet paper. (Or beer...)

This thing rocks. The bungee hooks are a work in progress, eye bolts being sub-optimal. Provision for stowing the bungee cord would be nice.

Oooh, reflectors...

Trippy. Great view of that tank rack which rocks.
